I think he has always been limited by the amount of bodies PER DAY. It's just that he has never died/left the virtual realm without doing everything he needs to (except that one time a dao level was about to show up) so he never needed to reenter the same day. Or maybe he did after the auction stuff but still 2 times a day is below the 3 body limit (before giving slots to imperial monsters). Finally, time skipping a single day isn't exactly a leap.

To be fair, none of the organisations have put the 2 together. Except Combat God Temple and ONLY because they had a Royal rank A member ask Royal about it. I do think it's more due to the fact that mc is so heaven defying that it's literally more probably that another person with the same name founded the sword alliance than someone below lord level beating middle and upper rank lords.

Well he could fight a lower rank lord at heavenly god level so should also be possible to fight a minor dao level at ultimate rank lord. Just with the sheer amount of chains and his endless energy reserves.

Going with upper rank lord. While he's already fighting ultimate rank lords with lower rank lord strength, middle rank will probably equate him to half step dao levels.

Just use more cards to extend the time limit. As for level lock, well Scarlet's could also have a level lock for all we know.
