X-Rays dont work that way. xD But its fiction I guess. The only thing you are going to see with X-Ray are Bones and vague outlines of organs when looking at a human body. Skin and Flesh is just not dense enough

I personally think the Story didnt need another villain at this point. it is basically already alliance against the World and floyd against that hunter Organisation(blood something). thats already 2 and now we have this crazy psychic obtaining future knowledge.I would have found it refreshing to have this dude try to start his own harmony with pokemon movement and they could have later competed against each other and ultimately merge at the end.
