His opening sentence is wrong if he is still referring to the Xenotechnician and Evolution Witch as per the end of the last paragraph. Only Xeno is a Star Designer, Witch is a God Pilot.

Do they really only have 8? During Operation Night Jazz it was deliberately left ambiguous as to whether the RF had. few more Dreadnoughts lurking in human space to defend things while all the God Pilots and the 8 shown Dreadnoughts were out.
