God damn! I didn’t know author had aura like that. Okay okay! (I commented about branding a couple paragraphs above. First time some author has put thought into it.)
This is exactly where branding comes in. You were the first to introduce chess boards in the whole world. The name associated with you will be luxury in itself. People can make their own chess boards, sure. But anyone who has a bit of wealth would want to be associated with the movement itself. They want that exact brand that made chess. So I hope the mc creates a brand out of it like he did with Reborn.
Sounds like a vitamin D deficiency.
For someone who lives at the bottom of the barrel, with constant fights with beasts, the Mc is really lacking. In the middle chapters, he doesn’t want to kill anyone. He is too fragile morally. His mentor is held hostage and all he does is rescue him without causing any damage to the force who captured him. Saying he doesn’t want to kill anyone cause he doesn’t hate them. I feel like the character development has been going really down recently. It was perfect in the beginning and the entire ultima ten arc. After that, it kind of goes downhill. There are so many unnecessary elements to the story introduced with the aim of giving the story a depth. But it fails. There’s no flow to things. The development is very erratic. But I can still handle that. What I can’t handle is mc not having his intrinsic morals and goals. He feels like too bland and forced in his ways.
