he reincarnates in hp world with wasted wishes, then he spends 10-15 years in time dilation learning magic and other skills, at 11 he enters the hogwarts express, in the next chapter he reincarnates as niklaus mikaelson in vampire diaries. what happened here? well, your guess is as good as mine. i dropped this waste of time at this point
