No... Constantinopol is modern day Istanbul. Tracians lived în The region North and south of the Danube river, so North of Greece. They were influenced by greek cultura, but they were diferent. Dacia of the thracic tribes was the Rome's Last conquered region. Bulgaria, România, Albania, Serbia etc are countriesthat have Thracian ancestors

Please, it's "melancholic", meaning a sad sigh because he is thinking of the past . Melancholy is a feeling, a noun, not an adjective. You can say a sigh of melancholy, but a sigh can only be melancholic
