If you're feeling inspired, write while you're excited—one piece of advice I can give is to have a goal for the protagonist in mind from the beginning. You don't need to reveal it to the audience right away, but keep it in mind. As for the first chapter, there are several options: you can focus on introducing the world and the character's situation, the character's past, their current circumstances, their reaction to the world around them, or even just presenting the world. It all depends on the pace and tone you want for your story. But don't overthink it—just write in a way you enjoy, and slowly you'll find your own rhythm. One last piece of advice would be to have the ending of the story in mind. This will prevent you from getting lost while writing. It doesn’t need to be very elaborate or clear just something to let you know the story will end when you get there. Many stories are abandoned because the authors have no idea how to finish them. Yes, when we go through things like this, it's awful, but I always think: It could be much worse, and since I can't change what happened, I'll make the most of it. I make jokes about the accident, annoy people, and try to take things more lightly. What you can't do is stay down, because after that, it gets hard to stay positive.

They're not forbidden to leave, it's just very expensive to leave, think of a third world country, why don't people go to other countries? It's because it's very difficult to raise enough money for it.
