But he never could get over the fear he had of those clear syringes the eugenics team brought with them everywhere. Rhys was never sure if those syringes were for sterilisation or lethal injection or just there to put people to sleep, whatever they were they freaked him out. Although humanity had improved in many ways, society also regressed a bit, with ideology returning to that of the ancient Greeks and Romans. Eugenics movements came back in full force as society felt that only through the strongest could humanity defend the earth. Considering all the tech he’s shown so far, and how much more advanced than the rest of the world it is, I think it’s a good guess that the reason he got into developing it to begin with is because he’s had the goal of having immortal companions for a long time and Magical solutions didn’t work, and he saw the potential in technology instead. after all he’s immortal. Of course he’s going to play a very long game plans.

No need to be so rude guys, wow do people take the first opportunity to hate on religion. Though just considering the wording it’s self it’s a little awkward when it’s just stated right out at the end of the sentence like that. Remember, show, not tell.

Actually I think it was known in the middle ages too maybe? Or at least the renassaunce era? And was’t there a famous pigeon in particular in WW2 that was the first animal to win a war medal or title or something for surviving enemy fire to deliver it’s message? I remember reading something to that effect and thinking it was both hilarious but awesome.
