why not use military body exercises... it does build team cohesion to do weighted backpack runs, but it only has to be used in hte morning, and then change to other ways of training.... that way it still has that army/team building type feel, but at the same time they also study actual martial arts after?

he already did... splitting is step 2, but after that all he other stages are about keeping htem split apart... and for that he litterally created a Mind Temple with alot of rooms in it like the temples at the beginning of the story
Something to be thankful for was that the splitting of Wills became easier with his increased willpower thanks to the Itching Powder training. Splitting a Will first required the same Will to believe two things that were opposite at the same time. gon wont be able to do this... he is too simple minded... and in case of Killua he wont need multiple wills, besides i believe his family has something similar at least for control over weapons (2 hands meaning doing 2 things at the same time)

your forgetting that he can still use minor things and self defense, that means the force can still be used at 100% he is just not allowed to use the force to do malicious things nor use it for grand show and tells
