Thanks the chapter. If I remember correctly their is a race call the Lunarians Race and King from the Beast pirate is the last member that race. Later the Marines' Special Science Group will use King DNA to create the Seraphim. Imagine the mc fusing with that DNA the Flame power and control of the MC might increase to another level. Don't even forget the opportunity of having those Seraphim as Subordinates and the Ability to Fly. If the mc is able to recruit Dr. Vegapunk and Vinsmoke Judge, he will have Seraphim in batch.

It will be interesting if the mc is will be able to take control of it and build the Heavenly Demon Sect or Country base of their Foundation. I wonder if he will be able to transform all of this demons into a Demonic Vampire races? After all right now the mc is a Rogue Cultivator with no background. He can ether join a Force ( Sect or Country) or create a Force of his on. What better way than to use people that already have the bloodlines of Demons or Monsters as their races?

Although this only gives the appearance of his puppets operating autonomously, he doesn't require noticeable hand gestures to manipulate them and can do so from a significantly increased range (like thousands of miles). I wonder if the Mc be able to recreate that technics and pass it on to other Talented Puppets Users in the future. If the mc conquer the Naruto Boruto World in the Future, he will have to prepare the planet for the coming of Ōtsutsuki Clan in the future. He need to find every possible way to increase the strength of his people and the Natives if he doesn't want to lose them. After all the Ōtsutsuki Clan have True Gods behind them, him alone will not be enough.

Thanks for the chapter. The advantages that I think in having the Scientists of the One Piece worlds will be the ability to pass on chakra usage and Kekkei Genkai to any of the mc subordinates. Or even pass on Haki to the People of the Naruto World. With that the mc will have the ability to create and destroy clans in the Naruto world. Because Kekkei Genkai can be pass on from generation to generation. Imagine Crocodile having Gaara's Kekkei Genkai. Imagine Kisame Hoshigaki having Jinbe genes or bloodline. I wonder what will be their limits. Since the swordsmanship power in the One Piece World is pretty High, is it possible to give the People of the Naruto World access to that power through genes. After all The Seraphim are a special type of Pacifista units developed by the Marines' Special Science Group and among them their is a guy name S-Hawk. He is one of the Seraphim and a clone of Dracule Mihawk. He inherit most of Dracule Mihawk Swordsmanship. So it might be possible. You could say that genes give you access to that power but if you want to be at Dracule Mihawk level you will still need training.
