Unfortunately, he was too slow and didn't block all of the arrows. A few of the arrows made it through with most just barely brushing past Kies, but two made it through and found themselves on both of Kies' legs. Kies yelped out in pain but kept his focus on the barrier. He continued to pour magic into it. Within a matter of seconds, the wall of wind fully formed, keeping out the arrows entirely.

What about his pirates wife task to go and get hold of a region in South America no matter what? And I’m pretty sure that there is a difference between being attacked and clearing out half of Africa not just against one tribe but all of them I distinguishable with the threat of war. Or what about the tribes in America… they had peace but that was something he didn’t like so he thought after any kind of self initiated reason to slaughter everyone. He is constantly in a war over land and reasources for the most ridiculous reasons. Imagine I go to your home uninvited because I like your house. Just because I only retaliate after you were giving me a hard time about doesn’t make it just or something. It’s a morally depraved excuse to say I wouldn’t be to blame for it to happen.
