This author is the best writer on this site, Both of his books are the pinnacle of writing on this site, i cannot stress this enough, his characters feel so human in a way that others cannot compare, when the MC first commits atrocities it hits him in a very real way, entering a mental breakdown that impacta him long term, in the authors first book the MC was still impacted by the deaths of characreed 1000 chaps ago, and the fact he had made peace with the deaths shaped his character

not really, to increase agility plyometrics need to be employed my legs are very strong compared to the average person but i am much less agile because of the way i train

talking about issues with the growth plates im pretty sure, it has been proven that weightlifting doesnt directly stunt growth plate development, but ofc injuries can, not that its important because so can any sport
