Agreed, that is the logical choice instead of going from the ground up. Also, considering he’s part of ONI, it only makes sense to build his faction there. Not only for ONI’s powerful reach in the UNSC (especially when the Covenant war starts) but also for their lack of adherence to protocol/rules compared to the other UNSC branches. As a publically upstanding figure, his reputation could pull more recruits into ONI as well. Btw author, I’m just throwing out ideas, and hope he stays with the UNSC. I’m enjoying this halo fanfic 😁

Honestly, I hope they have a nice relationship. It doesn’t have to be lovey dicey or anything, but it could be a nice “standoffish” relationship, if you get what I mean.
She believed that she and Axel were destined to be together, being two of the most intelligent individuals in all of humanity. Though that was her personal opinion, she believed it to be true.
