Doesn't this mean that it is simpler, not easier, to raise Joshua's conviction and motivation by creating some great ace and god mech that Joshua still can't use? His jealousy would probably boost his growths so much simpler than gate crasher's "must protect all dwarves Ideology" or Jannzi's "larkinson shield" conviction. Following that logic, Tusa's growth would be if he overcome expert mechs that "limits his freedom" like shield of samar.
