A good industrial story among all the others I have read. As for updates I don't care as long as the story is good. Most industrial novels just rush the story and when there's nothing they just show NPCs perspectives.

this is where it fails. if you delay payments people will leave. and if you gave advance for a week then too people will leave.

This I feel unrealistic. The poverty part was well explained but this. A child scribbling on paper about modern ideas without the boss getting suspicious of witchcraft.
