This is annoying. They already made their vows, this is just supreme cringe now.

A very interesting premise ruined by complete disregard of said premise, bad grammar, and an MC that's just the worst. The MC almost never uses his system, for really inconsistent reasons. The stats are a joke. Some people apparently have stupid absurd stats that are far beyond the MC's own, including their skill levels, but for some reason the MC outperforms them at every step. Everyone in this novel is an absolute moron and can't use their heads for anything - except the MC, the modern earth 19 year old who the author just can't get enough of. The author constantly keeps mentioning how the MC's mental age is far beyond his physical body's and how he's totally into 30+ year old milfs, but in truth the mentality that the MC displayed thus far is, at best, the same age as his physical body(12) or below that. He's a childish, manipulative, hypocritical, selfish sociopath and even when he tries to do good - it always has to be about him. The MC is a 12-13 year old by chapter 117 and he keeps being quirky and snarky with everyone, constantly saying how he won't allow anyone to look down on him and will treat everyone how they treat him. He has no care or concept of social status, etiquette, tact, or anything resembling these. The only reason no one blew his brains out is because he's the MC so his 8 year old tantrums are "interesting" and "gutsy" to these big shots. The grammar is horrendous. The author frequently leaves out entire words and sometimes downright writes gibberish you have no way of understanding. Its worse than MTL at some points, but slightly better otherwise. Anyway, while I do not recommend this novel, it might be decent short read if you've nothing better to do. And I say short cause the inconsistencies WILL blow you away. Gl hf.
God. I can't handle this level of retardation anymore. This MC is braindead.
And how did he come to the conclusion that 9 points in agility will allow him that? What is his reference for it? Sigh.
Naw. DnD type games have this kind of leveling system. A lot of exp required, low kill exp, high quest exp. Pillars of Eternity, Pathfinder, Arcanum etc.
Entire chapters spent on exposition-like chatter between the MC and the system with little to no meaning to it, doesn't even explain anything about the important aspects of the world - like cultivation, or anything that's actually going on. The abilities the system gives/has are absurdly dull. The most boring MC and system I've ever seen - the abilities are pure plot armor convenience and make very little sense. The author turned his own novel into a joke with gibberish commentary both in the actual novel as well as the comment section. To sum it up, "in fantasy I can do whatever i want, nothing has to make sense and consistency is irrelevant xD" - at least that's the impression it gave off. Grammar's very bad. I've seen slightly edited MTL better than this. I do not recommend this novel. Not even just to pass some time. Gl hf.
How in the world did he come to this conclusion? Makes zero sense. But then again, so far most of this novel is inconsistent gibberish.
I'm actually baffled by the positive reviews to be honest, but I have to assume most of these people haven't read the novel actually. So let me keep this short: Stockholm syndromed and raped female lead is what you get from this novel. Chapters 241-243 - the apparent male lead who's turned himself into a young boy and follows her around while asking to sleep in the same bed as her forcefully inserted himself in the "female leads" dreams and raped her there. The author passed it off as a wet dream 'cause she apparently enjoyed it and brushed it off further by having the male lead think of it as "it was a cheap shot but hey, the man's desperate." That's a quote btw. So yeah. Novel isn't tagged properly. And the system and cultivation part of the novel is mostly too vague and uninteresting. Gl hf.
Its a proper cover. This story, like every other with a female MC, is not about the female MC but about the shameless male MC who always manages to take advantage of her and she just can't help but fall in love with him and him and him and him. Kapish? Its about the dude. Always is. She's just there to roll her eyes at his "shamelessness". Welcome to webnovel.
And what could he possibly calculate into account? What experience does he have in politics, leadership and what not? His knowledge of this world is less than superficial still, unless you Mary Sue'd him in the background. Everything is just so poorly thought out....
And how would he accomplish giving them machinery? I thought he was an arena slave. But now I guess he's all-engineer and a doctor probably. Also probably a super survival expert and a perfect housewife, no doubt.
And there it is.
In this genre? Barely any to be honest. So far I'm kinda liking Immortal Soaring Blade, Martial Peak, Nine Star Hegemon Body Art, Refining the Mountains and Rivers ,The Sovereign's Ascension and Eternal Reverence - none of which are on this site. If you like litRPG/rpg/"reincarnating into a game" novels then I recommend The Legendary Mechanic, Azarinth Healer, Salvos. You can easily google these, don't even need to find "pirate" sites for em.
The review section is full of lies and deceit. Perhaps this would be a better novel with a much more experienced translator but so far I haven't had as many issues with the translators as others have. So here are some points to take into account before you start to read: 0,5. MC is a go-back-in-time reincarnator 1. The MC has a massive personality and experience flip very early on despite his background and past experiences being completely opposite of what he acts like, starting from chapter 4. Massive disappointment. 2. Typical MC. Hypocritical, self-centered, takes advantage of everything and everyone he can in the most "yeah that's not how things work in life" way possible. But he's super loved and respected for it, amazing writing. 3. Female characters in this novel can be summed up by this non-spoiler sentence from chapter 402: "Chu Yang didn’t know that most women possessed this characteristic – as long as a woman can rely on the man by her side… she’ll let the man deal with any problem that occurs." 4. Aphrodisiac induced *** cliche 5. Harem, of course. 6. The band-of-brothers trope was done horribly poorly. MC told them "listen to me and obey me in everything or go **** yourselves" and they were like "Hmph, you think I can't obey you?! Just see how I do it!". They build up the "friendship" afterwards, but it was basic af writing. This review section is full of shit. 7. The schemes and tactics are much more interesting than in most other novels, but fundamentally basic and mostly centered around cheating characters - ppl who wouldn't accomplish shit if they didn't have an absurd cheat-like advantage - MC is one of these people. 8. MC often acts like a 12 year old on LSD - despite having reincarnated from a tragic love to a "i'm going to make everything better!" life, he behaves either like a tyrant above all others or a spoiler child who's gonna do dumb shit if he doesn't get what he wants. 9. Humor is mostly either sexual harrassment/misunderstandings or poop jokes, with some play on words that translates poorly into english. He he he so funny never seen that before in this genre! 10. Characters are annoying. Like, really annoying. Dumbasses howling like wolves and shit annoying. 11. Do not trust this review section. Not even this review, take it all with a jar of salt. Read it and weep with the rest of us that wasted our time on yet another pile of trash.
