What does 'being a true monster' mean exactly? Why is the goblin so surprised? She said the normal ritual or whatever made new goblins, so are they not rue monsters or what? And she expected him to have a rank so she must have though the was a 'true monster' like, as in, a real monster. But them be is a 'normal/average' monster and she freaks out..? I'm confused. Was still a good read though.
