Yes?? That’s the whole point? The safety of everyone in the palace is the Emperor/Crown Prince’s and his country’s responsibility! I doesn’t matter if the Dwarves killed each other, it’s still his problem because he invited them into the palace. Usually foreign powers would never be allowed to have soldiers in someone elses palace, so it’s the crown prince’s guards that are responsible for the protection and security of and in the palace. So all problems are literally his fault ???
