"top floors of skyscrapers" "super flat floors" "core CBD" The first one is not correct english not a problem, just nitpicking. The second one I presume you mean that they are luxurious floors not flat. Lastly a 'CBD' (central buisnes district) is already central it does not have a core, It does have a middle. I know I am nitpicking but these realy irritated me affter telling us how your wrote it, and that it is not a translation.
