So CoE is what is Ring of comeuppance from the 1st book. So the theory is that there is only 22 pathways that can be advanced by drinking potions. The other outer dieties mentioned by the seven lights might have gained power that are similar to beyonder power by other methods which could be similar to beyonder potions due to which they are attracted to sefirot that are sealed on earth. We can see that these outer dieties are the only ones that can grant boons and by which they advance. Klein nor Adam who are half an old one cannot do that. So the fact that they have obtained power by either a weird advancement abilities or they existed when original creator was either split or they were there from beginning itself. Will be an amazing story to find out how their power is obtained and how they advance etc.

So I think that Mountain is where the this sefirot resides and grants boons to the believers due to which it is mentioned where warlocks and dieties stay.

I think Chen Tu is given this power to suppress ghost from beyonder pathways by the river of eternal darkness. I suspect Loki has partial authority to the sefirot Nation of disorder that was ripped of from Son of Chaos. It’s unlikely Loki can be given access to sefirot castle . Since it was CW that locked up all the sefirot in Western continent Loki might have gotten some kinda boon or blessing from it .
