I like the story but it needed a little more to flesh it out. More about how the wizard taught or did nice things loving with the MC. Otherwise, the ML just tortures & then saves the MC…amd it becomes too Stolkholm Syndrome like.

I really like this novel, with the exception of its fixation with dating, polyamory, and hookups . I didn’t give it 5 stars because of this and the writing style is a bit imature I’m that the characters aren’t fully fleshed out for full marks. Being a medical professional, I greatly appreciate the accuracy of medical terms and descriptions. This novel is fun fun fun. I usually don’t read this genre, but got hooked from the description onwards. Definitely worth reading, I’m just curious as to the estimated total length of the novel. Will it be >300, >400, or even more chapters? Please consider reading this novel; it’s well worth the time spent.

I’ve read a lot of cooking or cuisine based enovels -> this one has grabbed & kept my attention. It’s a cooking competition based novel, but I love the concept of the wheel of restrictions, etc or the way in which competitions and challenges are based. The presentation is new & fresh. The writing is interesting with a good pace, interesting characters with a MC who is enjoyable to cheer for, interesting Chinese dishes I am not familiar with, and more. My only complaints are that the chapters seem to be short, as they are divided for ease of release. I don’t have the kind of $ to spend on buying coins to read the novel in it’s entirety or all chapters available for purchase, but I definitely am motivated to do all possible dailies which makes me spend an extra hour or two on Webnovel that I otherwise wouldn’t -> all for this novel. Keep up the good work. Hope to read more from the author in the future. Do they have anything else Ava which has been or will soon be published? TY.

Why does this chapter seem almost like I’d read before? Stalling? Filler material? Caution it seems repetitive

Bear the consequences of your actions and stop acting like a toddler who threw away his favorite toy and now wants it at all costs, no matter the situation of the toy or who might now own it. Boo boo. I refuse to feel any sympathy for someone who actively made the conscious choice to destroy me abandon his relationship in the manner in which he did. He had every chance to end it differently or try to change the dynamics of the relationship, but instead made the choice to be a complete and utter heart rending jerk.

What was that? The last chapter seems messy, confusing, and unfinished. Awkward. Hope it’s just me thinking so. Will still continue to read. Thanks.
