Not popular opinion, but honestly don’t agree with forced circumstances to grow character. I say this is forced cause I could see it happening a mile away. The lack of change in decision making from Bart’s death and to Peter’s lacksided method of handing Baxter’s and the Goblin by just going and fighting them head on after making sure there’s no one watching is very basic and doesn’t follow the high IQ and cunningness of the MC. People get hurt yes but people don’t get hurt in unreasonable situations like with the goblin. I liked and agree with Bart’s death cause it flowed very naturally. But not the Yuri case.
(A/N: This is the character development I wanted to go with since I rarely see this in any fanfic nowadays. Fanfic these days are just manufactured wish fulfilment where the author generally does not want to deal with any kind of consequences of the character's action, which isn't bad but I feel empty reading it. I don't know about anyone else I'm happy with myself, that my character will be able to learn and grow.) - ryeshl2yrCommented

In the beginning, my clothes were torn to shreds and they evaporated. I was naked, hungry and alone. I was not hungry here thanks to my energy absorption thing but it was never enough. Looking at the scene in front of me, I saw Jiraiya giving a scroll to the Fukasaku and send him away while he (Jiraiya) will fight to the death against the six Paths of Pain. I remember the scene from the manga and I won't let one of my favorite characters die in such a way as I don't want to cry a second time at this scene. (A/N: I remember back in 2009 when I was ten and I was watching Naruto with my father and I saw the episode where Jiraiya died, I cried for two hours straight and I remember my father telling me that he died like a hero protecting his village) - ryeshl3yrCommentedCh 1 Prologue

Hey author, this is my honest opinion and criticism of the current pacing of the plot. There is too many POVs and too much monologue. The story is not progressing and its making it a pain to continue reading. Im paying to read the chapters hoping for the story and plot to move on. I know your trying to set the tone and scene of the plot to address the mass confusion of abruptly transffering to a new place, but it is too much and its getting boring. We get it, everyones scared and afraid and confused on what to do. Please move on with the story. I am really close to dropping the novel because of how dragging its getting right after a new volume starts.
