It doesn't say anywhere before that Broken has some potions on him. It only ever said he has a sword, but now he is drinking a mana potion? Where did that come from?

Thought Lux needs to be inside his guild headquarters to be able to use Heaven's Call? They don't have a headquarters yet. The requirements don't say either be inside a town, city or village, or be inside the headquarters. So, shouldn't all the requirements need to be met?
