I just have this crazy feeling that someone that punches and kicks people miles away, and can destroy massive ships made of mythical woods and steel, who can turn into a giant multiple story tall dragon, isn't going to gain squat for physical or stamina growth from doing very basic exercises that regular humans stop doing because it's inefficient/ineffective
