Invisibility can be seen through as shown by Dumbledore bypassing Harry's cloak. Whether that was a spell cast previously to track it or not is disputable, but it stands to reason it could be seen through.

Don't worry, ROB will not be breaking any contract he agrees with, but he will be annoying with technicalities. Like can't kill with magic so no using telekinesis to throw people into a fire started with magic, but you can still physically throw the person into the fire started with magic.

Nerfed as in can only use CYOA abilities, and not the sum total of his existing abilities/magic from all previous jumps. Game of Thrones is nerfed by limiting his magic according to Dresden magic laws.

No plan to as there are many other worlds to visit first and I only have limited time. If it did happen, then definitely MCU as I never read the comics.
