Do you know what her life was like? She spent her childhood running away from the war with her brother, then she was captured by Hydra and imprisoned for most/all of her adolescence. Then she spent some time with the Avengers, then she was erased for 5 years, and now she's here. Of course she's going to act like this, all these things are new experiences for her, she didn't have the life of a normal child or teenager.
