I think that the Original Necromancer inherited the Original Hell Lord's abilities, but reached a dead end, so the Original Necromancer reincarnated while passing on the Necromancer abilities to another. In order to get the most benefits, the original Necromancer then bound his new reincarnation's Realm to the one who inherited his old job as payment. So the Mc's Sister is the reincarnation of the Original Necromancer. It was probably the green robed taoist that helped make it work.

Who knows. My theory is that the Hell Master Reincarnated into the Necromancer, found the Great World, smashed the rune to turn it into a small world, left a Necromancer's legacy, then reincarnated AGAIN, and ended up as the MC's Big Sister. That would account for everything.
