I kind of hope that something about his new character causes merlin to enjoy using magic as much as he enjoys using his weapons. I don't know if they would be one of his blessings or a high rarity soul or a high rarity item. I just want him to be forced to learn something new because not leaning it would be wasting whatever special item/soul/blessing he got. Or because he sees a new aspect of it that he never saw in his past life. I also wonder if there are items that lessen the experience penalty from having many souls. I could see merlin having a rose Wright/Cleric soul(Druid, Priest, and Tentacle monster Tribrid), a Rogue/Ranger soul, the high rarity soul he found before he reincarnated, the Thoth soul, and the Wizard soul combined with a more up front melee soul.
An obvious child abuser calling the police on a rich potential billionaire, good luck with that. I get that. Merlin needs to get the kid help from an actual psychiatrist while he takes him in. However, merlin befriending him over time in real life and having his two friends, who haven't yet played the beta, help him through the game, should help him deal with a part of those issues. Then again I am not a psychiatrist but using common sense this would be what I think would help get him on the right path. As long as they also have him going consistently to see a professional psychiatrist as well.
I like his Rogue/Ranger/Vine monster base but he needs to throw in something else. His current souls has amazing potential but he needs something right now to charge things up. Typically rogues get access to shadow magic and Rangers get access to nature magic but aren't as skilled as druids. The vines have insane potential if they can eventually change their shape, material, and or state of matter. The Ranger could give him access to magic arrows so he becomes magic green arrow. Rogues can get more gadgets like handheld crossbows, bombs, throwing weapons, etc. But all of the magic for the souls I listed is late early to mid game stuff and everything I just said is probably late mid game stuff. Unless he throws in other souls to get those things early. Cleric could be the answer because of the versatility it brings thanks to all the patron gods. Hopefully it gives merlin actual combat magic which would give him more immediate combat options. Maybe wizard could do the same and it would be interesting for him to actually look like his namesake on the surface. Plus merlin using a magic staff as a weapon would also shake things up because F wands. Although it would be funny to see him stab people with a wand. I just think it's funny if because of his name, his eventual attire(robes, maybe a wizards hat) , and staff/wand people peg merlin as a pure caster . Then all of a sudden he pulls out knifes and takes the robe off revealing leather armor. The reactions would be priceless. It would be even funnier. If his best gear drops are always more magic based. So he is forced to look like a spell caster when he prefers mixing his spell casting with whatever weapon or weapons he is holding.
Okay, I like where this is going.
I feel this is a BS excuse on Arthur's part for him to be lazy. He could ask his dad to let Ruslan stay with them because they have the space and money to allow that. He could then try and befriend him, maybe help him get into the game. Ruslan could take a lot of his frustrations, anger, and emotions on mobs in the game while actually working towards something, especially if Arthur helps him stream. I understand Arthur is not super benevolent but he definitely could help him without drawing his Ruslan's dad's anger on his son.
I am really interested to see Michael's fighting style change to adapt to this new person he is trying to be. I hope we get to see more aspects of his other elements from his constitution especially curse energy. I also hope we get to see Michael use his fire offensively again.
Wait when was it confirmed that the professor was the fox lady. Also they put a high level abomination and who knows how much of that high level water into that sword, there is no way any other supreme can match that. Meaning his sword should be the most powerful king tier totem artifact on this planet by a wide margin yet it doesn't have anything that puts it above and beyond every other king tier totem artifact. I consider that to be BS. Except it was stated that it was broadcasted to all of humanity which should also mean the rest of the world as well. Unless they consider only the central continent to be humanity.
Okay first and foremost, Grimm monsters existence is supposed to be secret from the public yet they broadcasted the Wolf grimm monster hat Michael fought announcing multiple times what he was. Second, we still have not see actual monster integration. Third, we still dont know who that lady with a fox in the beginning of the story was. Fourth, we still havent really seen Michael's totem artifact do anything impressive. His sword should be able to cut through anything this world has to offer, considering the rarity's and quantity of the resources put into it. Fifth, we also haven't seen his totem artifact gain its own consciousness which is should have considering michael had multiple resources that give a totem artifact its own spirit/consciousness.
Your fire is based off of the Sun rule. Compared to the sun this dude's fire is nothing.
I hope Michael kills the grimm monster so that way he doesn't owe Wisdom Tower for saving him.
Creation Heart inheritance*
I thought Mira was from Mistson.
I hope that there is some weakness to Ellen's bloodline because she unlocked it super early and has been using it dominate all of her opponents ever since, including the MC multiple times. The only one who might be able to match her bloodline with an inheritance, other than the MC, is Jill but she received her inheritance a lot later than Ellen received her bloodline. I just feel like bloodline users are OP af and I hope that there is some weakness to them, that we dont know about yet. I say that mainly because it makes me a bit salty when I know the MC works his ass off to gain strength while bloodline users just need to do the bare minimum to increase their strength at a much higher rate than is possible for the MC.
So I wonder when that women with the fox is going to come into play. I wonder if she is a member of the Pyramid and this is why Jim( I think that is the name of Michale's friend who is really into Alchemy) was so terrified of her. I also look forward to watching the Grimm monster's plan fail miserably. Either because of Ashlynn, the destruction titan, or the giant tree intervening or because Michael himself is strong enough to deal with the threat. Or maybe the shield that is in Michael will intervene or the curse could intervene as well. Michael also has to back to the Garden to get more fruit soon.
Then why dont they have the participants wear masks or protective formations. Or dont broadcast it to the rest of the world.
Well except that every time there is a possibility of you surviving in something that nobody else has, you always get put into that something and then surviving it.
