I played the Cyberpunk 2077 game I've seen the giant landfill outside the city it's huge and there's a whole bunch of s*** in it . technically couldn't he build like a dump truck with a built-in scanner and energy Mass converter he could basically turn everybody else's trash into pure energy for himself to use and if he was masked as a legitimate business people would pay him to do it.
