I'm not being an Edge Lord. what I'm saying is he shouldn't have killed the mother either BUT if he was gonna do it he should have killed the kids too or at the very least not go all edge lord, telling them his name and then telling them to kill Him like he's having morality issues with what he is doing. telling the kid of someone the character killed to come kill them as revenge in stories is usually because the character is either struggling with the decision they made to kill someone, they didn't know the Character they killed had a kid and feel guilty, have some sort of plan/trap or sometimes in a rare case the character is just crazy and thinks it would be exiting. the main character here has literally no reason to do this, I mean yes there is an argument to be made that the mother might come to kill him so I understand that and nobody wants to kill kids either but telling the kid to grow strong an come to kill him is just completely reasonless.
