I only recently started doing major chapter re-releases. As I've stated to older readers this is only a hobby for me and I am only a 1 man team that got into this when GPT was just starting to be a thing earlier in the year. I have 0 knowledge of the Chinese source language and starting doing this since I felt normal MTL translations were even worse by comparison and wanted to see if I could produce something cleaner/ more palatable with the use of the new AI tech. As for why I didn't do more editing before releases? I had other things to do with my time and no one was paying for it. Simple as that. Now that I've pretty much gotten it down to a plug and play kind of situation with the raw text I now have more time to edit and work on new projects and am doing so.

GPT has a bad habit of being inconsistent with the names. It's taken me some time to force it to be a lot more consistent and even then, whenever a new character is introduced I have to rework my process to specifically include them or it goes right back to doing what it wants or hallucinating different names/ gender pronouns
