- I like the concept hut unfortunately the story was ruined with the fast pace at the begining. - Character development is laughable. - It wasn't Chinese mainland authpr but it has some of the most annoying thing that they often made which were overexplaining things, doesn't act like his real mental age and experience, and lastly adding to much elements and issues that convoluted the plot. I couldn't stand the MC that act like a severe bipolar patient so I drop this novel midway.

The author seems confused af and didn't have a good framework. He ditched the early system and start to adopt various concepT from other well known novels. With that, The author managed to take all the boring stuff and create the boring MC with boring plot that felt like reading an encyclopedia and sometimes a diary. The change of translator downgraded this novel even further. Don't waste your time with it

Came here just about to post a similar review and I saw yours. I binge read it till Solus betrayed the protector and uncovered to MC about the "death". I do like anti hero MC or even Villain one but this Novel's MC was to cringey for a 40 yo reincarnator.

Author seems like to sucks CCP's d1ck hence the ultra racism in the book. So apparently a black kids couldn't eat dark chocolate since they couldn't see thee difference between chocolates and their hand and ended up chew the hands as well. All foreigners are evil bastards and all chinese are saints. If that actually true, young master's behavior and corrupt officials will not infested their books. Bit this stupid author didn't realize that with the world building in the novel, there will be no virgin beautiful women in China since Every Chinese Young masters and their grandpa are rapist who can't control their commie soul whenever jade beauty are present.
