My face is fine. Did you even read the comment? I'm happy any time content I pay real money for gets completed. Most authors still don't finish stories though. Half the "completed" stories don't provide plot resolution. The author just stops writing and calls it complete. I've spent hundreds of real world dollars only to have authors bounce with no explanation. Maybe I wouldn't mind if I could just keep my coins and come back later, but nope, they expire. Support is a two way street. If you won't provide the effort, don't ask for the support. I'm glad this author did. Which is exactly what my comment said in the first place.

Be warned, no real spoiler, but this review does discuss the quality of the ending. No details or info are provided though. I have enjoyed all of this authors novels. To be honest, they are all pretty similar and if you liked one, then you like them all. One ABSOLUTELY MAJOR critique, HE CANNOT WRITE A DECENT ENDING. Imagine, it's 100 degrees. You're covered in sweat. In front of you is a beautiful Olympic-sized swimming pool, but floating right in the middle of that crystal clear water is a big green turd. That's the best metaphor I can use to describe the impact of the way these books end. Basically, the story is going on normally. There is some goal being worked towards. Then you get a chapter that's like, "Suddenly magical lightning came down, fixed all the problems, defeated the enemy, and everyone lived happily ever after " I wish I was joking. It's like the author just suddenly loses interest and says screw it. That being said, everything up to that point keeps your interest. It checks all the boxes if you enjoy novels with an OP protagonist. Just be warned, the ending is gonna suck.

Sooooo...this one has me scratching my head a bit. First, it feels different than most other novels on this sight. Sometimes it feels more like I'm reading a script to a movie. It's very well written. I would even say the author is at the level of a traditional author, far above what's normal on this site. With that being said, I'm 60 chapters in but I can't decide if I like this or not. So far it's basically just been a sprint. It's one event after another with no time to catch your breath. The world hasn't really been fleshed out yet, but I fell like that's intended. Like a glossy veneer that's intentionally thin to hide what's underneath. Frankly I would love the plot to slow down a bit. I don't feel like I really have any idea who's strong or why they're strong or how they get strong. Like I said before though, probably intentional. I think the reader is supposed to be feeling what the MC is feeling. He's in a brand new world he doesn't understand. That being said, I REALLY LIKE TO UNDERSTAND THINGS! I'm gonna keep going for now, but I can't handle 2000 chapters of this, so we will see if I finish it. Which is fine. Not everything is for everyone. If you are searching for something to read, give it a shot. The author is first rate, I really am digging Genetic Ascension and came here after running out of chapters. That's definitely one I like, so if you have similar taste check it out.

I've been enjoying the story, but this author falls into some of the same issues that a lot of stories like this do. Like in the chapter I'm reading things are kind of set up in an east vs west sort of way, bit when you hear the characters they all have the traditions of the east. Like for instance "the sons inherit the debts of the father". Doesn't happen here. Actually it's a major part of Western history and law that debts don't get inherited. I'm not talking about a situation where debt belongs to a corporation and the corporation is passed down. Point is, it's just weird when a completely different culture looks and sounds exactly like your own. It would be like if I talked about Chinese people having a Quincineria (not sure on spelling) or celebrating Yom Kipur. Someone might say "it's fiction, so they might be like that in this world". If that was the case, there's no need to distinguish between East and West. I know this is just a webnovel, I'm just saying it wouldn't kill authors to spend a little while researching. You know, like real authors.

Just need to mention a 500 inch TV would be horribly impractical. That would be roughly 42 feet corner to corner. You would need to be around 20 ft from it just to even take in the whole picture. The room would need to be gigantic just to even fit as a wall...haven't done the math, but the wall would be around 30 ft. Wouldn't work well as a computer monitor. Would work as like the jumbo-tron at a football field, but that's it. Even if you want to go absurdly large 120 to maybe 200 inches is as big as you could go. I realize it's a small detail, but trying to picture a dude working on a computer in a giant room with a 500 ft screen kind of killed the immersion. Not to mention, that thing would put out serious heat. Try going to the movies and sitting 10 ft from the screen.

How did he bring the Mutated Dragon Fish back? Didn't they say you couldn't bring food and ingredients back? I thought they said it right when he entered the Breakthrough realm.

I've been saying the same thing. I dropped like 50 bucks on this novel and now it seems like every other chapter is wrong. I won't be starting any other novels from this author unless I find it on a free site. Screw supporting the author when he's not looking out for us.

Seriously now. How many more of these are there? I batch unlock these chapters and I'm starting to feel cheated.

So, he gets these level up cards that automatically take him to the next level, regardless of the points required to do so, and uses them immediately? Intelligence really isn't his strong suit. I haven't really worked it out yet, but if he had just used the points he earns on the lower levels, and THEN used the cards, he would be at least 2 or 3 levels higher with the same points. So far this is the most realistic thing about the novel...well, assuming he is American. If the author says he is Asian, I won't be able to suspend my disbelief. (P.S. that was a cultural statement rather than a race based one. Since American schools suck)

I can't really complain about the story, for the first 50 or so chapters it reeks of Tales of Demons and God's, but that's fine because it's good. If your gonna borrow heavily from something it should at least be something good. My biggest problem with this story, is what the author starts to pass off as a "chapter" further in. A chapter should have a reason to start and a reason to end. A chapter here is just an agreed upon number of words. Conversations break off randomly then pick right back up when the next chapter starts. I don't mean like there's a cliffhanger, just regular dialog. I'm guessing the author is trying to hit word counts to make some type of goal for webnovel. It's fine to make money, but don't screw the people who are already overpaying on this site. 2 random paragraphs does not a chapter make. It says there are 439 chapters, in any legit novel it would be around 150. The story has promise though! Keep improving!
