I may be making conclusions too soon but I do enjoy when Dumbledore is the good grandfatherly type as there are too many where he is manipulative or evil. It is a nice change of pace.

Selene the moon dragon would be a good choice because she would be able to match Romeo's lifespan. I presume that Romeo will eventually turn into a dragon of some kind hence he would be able to live for a very long time. With other girls you would have to come up with a way for them to match his lifespan for it to ultimately work out.
