Finding a rubber source and having the infrastructure to mass produce rubber are two very different things.

Bit ambitious of the MC to immediately jump to hunting in the wilds even in a weaker and controlled setting. This is a person who has been blind their entire life and never trained their physical body, physically malnourished most likely, and has a mana core years behind their peers. Let alone practice martial arts/ self defense or fighting in any competent way this kid is physically weaker than most real life people right now let alone professional athletes and fighters. Even if pets do most of the fighting you still need immense physical stamina to go hiking around the woods for days on end while hunting things. A malnourished blind kid isn't going to get over these hurdles in a month.

Yeah but population is of the least concern to humanity right now undergoing a population boom, MC may be a smart kid but he is hardly an Einstein, and as far as the government is aware he is legally blind, why hire a blind paper pusher you need to bend over backwards to accommodate when there are twenty non-blind paper pushers lined up. Of course the MC will likely be getting the legally blind status removed shortly.

Actually the opposite hold's true, if Titus is a being that functions on mana levels of the 6th strata or deeper, he would be monstrously weakened compared to Garro who would be a peak 2nd/3rd strata level being. So it makes sense that during times when the ambient mana was way lower (remember ambient mana is overall rising for some reason) Titus would be even weaker due to lack of mana compared to Garro.

This monstrously tiny branch office of the legion in the backwoods of nowhere as far as civilized society goes had Titus, solo one shot Garralosh's arm off and send her running while he was running on fumes in the 2nd/1st strata. It took Anthony's entire colony, pets, and gravity bombs, on top of psychological warfare using her memories to barely kill her, and he still almost died.

It has been mentioned on at least 3 separate occasions so far he is way stronger than anything else that has appeared in the novel, using 2nd strata mana he one shotted garros arm off by himself and sent her running. He is among the higher levels of legion command, an organization that spans the planet and has delved so far down, 3 members managed to confirm the existence of ancients in person. The only reason he hasn't gone super earlier is because much like a monster, the mana level is far too little for his needs as he is like a 5th or 6th strata monster at the very least.

Actually besides humans that is exactly what the colony would do without Anthony and on an ever exponentially growing scale. People seem to forget real life ant species like army ants who are so deadly and numerous they strip entire areas bare and move on as roaming nomadic horde of ants that strip whole insect ecosystems. In every way they would match and out scale any destruction humans can do. Literally the only thing keeping them in check is Anthony. This is not a factor known to the legion nor is it one that is stable to bet on in the long run. These ants present the most existential threat people can face besides the ancient ones.

You seem to forgot the sheer scale of the world and the Legion operates across the ENTIRE territory of sapient creatures, both above and deep below ground. A small Kingdom being razed in the backwoods of settled territory during one of the worst planet wide wave events in history since the rending would barely register on their radar. It was said earlier they were stretched so thin during the wave that even if they had twice the manpower they still wouldn't have been able to reinforce Laria.

Late response, but in this world taxes of the worldly variety are meaningless. The elite want cores, xp, class knowledge, and power. The best way of achieving this is the dungeon, not expanding farmland to tax the wheat production of peasants. All surface expansion is a means to an end, that end being throwing people into the dungeon for wealth.
