Other than having a density Chakra too has a quality after reaching the peak of the liquid state you can improve the quality of your Chakra thus return the density to the start making that a huge cycle of improvement. (on the Narutoverse no one has above primary liquid state of Chakra). Every Newborn Chakra is blue without exception but through the ninja actions and personality it can gain unique characteristics, for example, a very hot blood young man with fire affinity can have a fiery chakra or even someone extremely evil can have a Chakra that reeks of blood and death or a swordsman with an extremely sharp Chakra etc. The only time the Chakra truly changes colour is when it suffers its first quality change, the colour it changes into depends on the person, its something extremely personal. - Dimitris03013yrCommented

While the original Lucifer created the devils in DxD I don't believe are related by blood. Vali is like Lucifers grandson so he has direct decendants but if all were related to him Vali wouldn't be one of the only people left from the lucifer family.
