They probably had a set route. It would be easy to assume that something happened on the way so even if there is no evidence, they can know by process of elimination.
I wish there was clarification of whether he just want to use her to get closer to the mom or if he truly just wants to get closer to his daughter. It feels like he's using her so it rubs me the wrong way.
It's official, this character is my favourite😍
Why does he seem more childish than the little boy?
Rather than save it, it's better to use it for the immediate benefits than something that will help in the future and may or may not be found in an uncertain time span. He needs to have the fundamental supplies secured to develop quickly, especially because the safe area only last a limited time.
I admire your brilliance
This is a massive shift
ahh, if the marriage didn't have a good beginning, especially with something like copulating before marriage, then his indifference makes sense now
I really hope there is at least one apology to the original owner by him. Both of them were bad but its also true that his indifference made her worse.
It's a cultivation world. MC was worried the royal physician would notice something was wrong with his soul at the beginning so why write off the possibility that they have a method to talk to the souls of the deceased?
I've read many books but this is the first time I read one that truly puts the sacrifice and bittersweet moments of war in perspective for me
I definitely remember this line from somewhere in the novel at one point but I forgot from where
Aw, I love how they're developing their own preferences
What a thing to say by one of the main reasons the woman's husband was forced to marry two other women
MC's so relatable😂
I agree, teasing someone who is uptight is very fun
There's only so much you can do. First, he repeatably told the villagers to cremate the corpses to prevent zombies but the villagers didn't listen. Second, he gave them clear plans to help prevent the spread of the plague and they apparently didn't listen. If people wanna die, you might as well use that opportunity to learn more about your skills. Also, this is a novel, chill.
It's actually very refreshing to find an MC so blunt
Truthfully, this role is actually kinda important, isn't it? So why was MC entrusted with it, especially with his reputation and history?
I really like how casual MC is
