I really enjoy this book so far, the only thing that bothers me so far is the lack of understanding/sympathy from the female lead towards her stepson. She described having a similar childhood of being neglected by her parents and how it made her feel, but fails to try to help/try to ease the feeling for the stepson as she notices the same kind of behavior. Other than that, I don’t see anything wrong with this work and even actually really enjoy the other aspects of the female lead’s personality. I hope the book updates soon!

maybe not in a monoethnic country like Japan, most people there are born with brown eyes so the different colored eyes shes developing might be easier to explain if she was mixed or a foreigner.
