Let me be the first one to review this book. I saw that this is participating in the CQ contest: Too Late For Regret. No wonder the opening chapter is about the MC being discarded. The story is quite good and worth reading. As early as 13 chapters, I could say the character develop is very good.

I just finished the book and I’m glad there is a sequel! This transmigration novel hit all the right notes for me. The character development is top-tier; watching Lara evolve throughout the story felt incredibly organic and earned. The plot is tight and consistently intriguing, but what really kept me turning pages was how Lara took back her identity. If you like stories with deep world-building and characters you actually root for, pick this up. Just be prepared to want more immediately.
