I guess that sort of makes sense, and don’t get me wrong, for the sake of a fanfiction doing it this way is fine for the plot to work. It just always seemed the wishes dealing in Creation or Destruction couldn’t be more than was a Dragon’s creator is capable of. For example, there’s a reason they never just gathered all the dragon balls to wish Goku to be stronger than Cell (not that Goku would ever accept such a wish) or how Shenron said it was beyond his power to get rid of the Saiyans because it was beyond Kami’s power. Or like how Shenron could only give information about Super Saiyan God, and couldn’t directly boost someone to that level. In contrast, souls exist in the other world, and even without the dragon balls, Fortune Teller Baba was able to bring Goku back to Earth for a day, so bringing people back to life doesn’t actually seem that complex within Dragonball’s lore. It’s not actually creating to destroying something beyond the power of the creator, just changing it’s form. Whereas with the wish you used here, because it restored Goku and Vegeta while leaving Vegito as is, it essentially created a Vegito’s (using him like a standard unit of measurement here lol) worth of power out of nothing. Theoretically, now Goku and Vegeta could fuse again and their would be two Vegitos for the price of one.

Honestly, Goku’s first words to Vegito not being “So you’re pretty strong huh? Let’s fight!” was a shocker.

Why would he be human at all? I mean, we know because he’s a transmigrated consciousness that he was a human, but for Bulma, the fusion of two pure Saiyan consciousness’s should have nothing to do with being human at all.

Honestly, it shouldn’t be. This sounds like the kind of wish that would need the super dragon balls to pull off. Like how Zamasu used them to take Goku’s body.

I don’t think keeping children safe is high on the priority list of the governments of the pokemon world.
