Man doesn't realise that's not how math works. It increases his chance so the twenty percent is based of his hypothetical chance of evading already so if he has say a 100 percent chance to evade it would be 120 percent, but if he only had a 10 percent chance to evade it would bring it up to 12 percent. If it was worded that it would come out as a multiplicive increases instead of a additional increase. Though honestly even that's still strong.

Regular captains cannot fight in the mortal world since their spiritual pressure can destroy large parts of it. Yamamoto can quite easily destroy the world with a glance. Maybe White Beard could take a few hits from him in his prime, but that's not even with his shikai.

Worst chapter yet. Relied on plot armor with the full moon instead of foreshadowing. He could instantly use water bending, which is also ridiculous unless he has plot armor like Korra. The absolute worst part is the whole premise of the book a pure blood bender is thrown out the window.
