Just to rectify one thing, Mundi doesn't really feel fear nor does it concern him much, as mentioned in the chapter, he doesn't really ccare if he dies following the will of the force. He knows he is cornered and while Lelouch is dragging out the explanation of the extent to witch he has cornered Mundi to elict certain responses from him, to see how he reacts. Lelouch is narrowing down just what the true nature of Ki Adi Mundi is, and from that, he can anticipate Mundi's behaviour in any case that will arise.

Not at all, I love to read the commenTs, what you all think and how you think its going. All those expressions you were talking about, the ambience, i was picturing it all in my head as i wrote out the scenario. I'm glad to know you enjoyed it :)

For people that know of warhammer 40K, true, its not anything to cry about, just another Tuesday. For a galaxy that has had almost 1000 years of no significant wars, merely certain skirmishes. Its quite the event.

And thats exactly why Lelouch had his black ops teams deploy the virus, not only to conceal his movements. He also knows first hand that they do not have the resources for another theater of war. The senate would kill the public outburst, and resentment against the senate would fester further.

Not really mutation, just experimental armor in-scripted by Tzeentch, using his understanding and knowledge of the warp while trying to adjust appropriately for the Force. A skilled Force user can crush him inside his own armor.

Lelouc sent Vader to secure the artifact to consolidate his own power and experiment its limits and certain ideas with Tzeentch. Normally given his control over Mortis and the extreme time dilation would not require him to send someone else but given that he is experimenting he cannot guarantee it wont slip from his control and skip a day which would end up panicking his forces. Sending Vader instead buys him some time. Anything else unclear be sure to let me know :)

Lelouch sent Vader to retrieve the artifact in his place, staying momentarily in mortis to consolidate and test his newly gained power in the force. Normally he could dilate time like the father to make it just so mere moments pass in the physical world, but given that he’ll be doing some experimenting its safer to send someone else to make sure the mission goes as intended, given its importance. Vader secures it and reaches through the force to Lelouch, where despite not even being a day outside, weeks have passed inside Mortis, Lelouch having finished his experiments and contemplating his options from here on out. Uses the chance to give Vader a small lesson in warfare. Anything else unclear do specify it and ill do my best to answer :)
