hmm is it not about time to scavenge the pieces of the covenant ships to learn atleast a little about their tech so he can capture a ship whole to upgrade humanity's tech or at the very least make it easyer to either tank hits(the ships i mean) or ammo to bring down the covenant ships faster

For what is to come I won't save him he still has his uses ie: Daenerys Stormborn. We need those dragons for the coming Long Night which also means the Rebellion if it happens would play out. Only difference is I'll try to save the other members of the Royal Family but keep the two groups separated from each other without their knowledge at least initially. Probably send Elia and her kids to Yi-ti then leave Rhaella's kids in Braavos to continue their journey. I'm sure somehow Daenerys will still hatch her dragons by the World's will or something.
