Around chapter 170, it seems the translator is struggling a bit to cover up the racism, because I clearly remember his mission being to go to Japan and basically f it up

It was ok, and then the racism started to become noticeable. Basically, the MC is fine with slaghtering all humans other than the ones from China. Ended up dropping before checking to see how bad the racism gets.

Honestly wasn't that bad until chapter 40, but starting from chapter 41and onwards, the translation quality deteriorated. The already confusing ranking system became more messed up and the names of the summons and their skills changed. Basic stuff like capitalization of letters also became lackadaisical.

Also, do you have a discord or something for your readers?

I don't know if this was fixed in the future chaps, but one thing you should try to change going forward would be to use "I'm" or "I am" when you or your character are referring to themselves instead of just "am". Your english is really good so far, but the repeated use of just "am" throws me off every time.

You need to use fast passes or coins (the currency on this website) to unlock chapters. You can get up to 3 fast passes for free per day (and more through reading points if you're using the mobile app) or you'll need to pay money to purchase coins if fast passes are not enough. Fast passes are wonky becasue there are different types and not all of them will work when you want to unlock chapters from specific genres.

The story is pretty good so far and I've been reading the raws to catch up because I'm a cheapskate. The translator splits up the chapters so they don't fully match the chapter numbers in the raws, but I'm alright with that. However, something I noticed was that there seems to be some subtle racism at play under the guise of fiction. I was only a bit suspicious at first, but after reading it in the raws and tracking down the corresponding chapter in the translations (184), I basically confirmed it. I can ignore it because it's not blatant and completely missable, but I was a little bit dissapointed in the author that's respected by almost every reader on this site.

The god face thing in the sky corrupts the lands it looks at when it opens its eyes. It's expained later in the story (around chapter 90) that after looking at the same spot twice, new races are born in that area. I don't know if that's what happened to make all those races, or if they just mutated as a race after staying near the normal forbidden regions for a long time.
