If you had a wealth of more than 3 times that of USA, and had personal and political power to basically ignore all the rules and be the one that creates the rules, I dare say that you stop caring about gathering more wealth and power, but focus on keeping it and focus more on doing other things that could enrich your life; charity, sports, intellectual pursuits etc.
She also knew that such people were beyond rare, but the Foundation had solved this issue by having people in charge who had all the power and all the wealth. Which meant they wouldn't be seeking more since they already had everything. - PoorReader1dCommented

I am not sure if the author is deliberately ignoring the fact that the mc is 266cm tall, which is a giant compared to these guys, I think the first thing they would notice is the height, before nearly instantly noticing the ears.

Read some comments on this chapter and last chapter, on how some characters don’t act like their og selves, I just have to say that they forgot this is a fanfiction, some to nearly all og characters get changed to fit plot and narrative of the fanfic author.

The gun in the middle of the chest armour will be dangerous, because it has to be ready for use in war, it will always have a clip in it, so if it gets damaged by heat (lasers), it could cause the the gun powder within the bullets, to explode, thus damaging the person carrying the gun. Now this is just my opinion, though I’m not an expert so take it with a grain of salt, but I’m just using my basic rough knowledge and some common sense and getting this result.
