joshuawachter2yrReplied to Master_of_SleepTechnically abdication is the king and queen saying they retire, possibly in favor of someone in particular who has their endorsement for the throne, if the 1st heir = crown prince/princess then generally an easy transition. Although unless a son or daughter takes over and they retire to a type of happy advisor status most deposed kings and queens end up getting the chop or else later on leading a revolution to put themselves back on the thrown.

The author keeps hinting that the Flash looks up to Batman. Does that mean his secondary personality that lets him rain his pain down on the Joker is... Robin? Remember this is a 'secondary' personality, one that's not a 'super hero'. Secondary = sidekick? And I'd swear Robin had no powers.

That's fair, most of its going to him and they are teaching him when literally no one else would take him.
However, it couldn't be helped. Since he wanted to develop the sect, he had to spend a lot of money on it. The person who painted that painting was Ye Ping who was extremely talented too. Indeed showing why he is a saint and the 'Sea God' is only a disciple. The disciple works diligently to avoid Karma while the Saint works hard to avoid Merit.
When he was becoming a Saint, he was only short of a chance to become a Saint. He had the merit of establishing Ren School. The Heavenly Dao had given him too much. In other words I am confident that 100% of what an immortal could possibly do has been covered, but out of my great respect for the heavenly dao and the great dao I bow my head at possibilities I can't imagine.
