I have seen this phrase used as slapstick on online comments on a lot of chinese webnovels. It is only now that I have found someone who actually used this phrase at the right situation.

I don't understand. people buy bitcoins in fractions meaning 1% of a coin or such while the price of one coin increases. Meaning that the value of 1 bitcoin can infinitely rise while you can buy infinitely small fractions of this coin.

this is overpowered. He can go through any barrier in his field of vision. If he x-ray vision then he could get in anywhere he wants,like vaults and tombs.
