Taiyaki is a golden fish-shaped snack. It's a cake-like batter that usually has a sweet red bean filling and is baked. Takoyaki is a ball-shaped snack that is batter with octopus and other ingredients cooked in an oiled a pan with many hemispherical shaped spots making them into round balls. I've never had taiyaki since the idea of a sweet bean paste is super odd to me (American). Takoyaki though, I've had that at a few Japanese restaurants and it's pretty awesome. If you get the chance you should give it a try if you see it on a menu somewhere. Google either if you're interested in learning more.
Taiyaki, Takoyaki is octopus balls (which are very tasty btw).
The Author can just make up a non-canon Devil Fruit user that poses a threat not in strength but in their ability. Like... Off the top of my head, a Devil Fruit that makes the user and their target equal in all aspects. IE negates all Devil Fruits and makes their speed, strength, etc equal. Then it becomes a fight of pure skill.
All caps is yelling, exclamation points don't mean yelling. In this case, it's probably excitement.
Nah, my guess? He's definitely going to drown them, that seems obvious but I think he'd going to use something like his Gravity Crush skill to increase their weight. That way it's possible to get them all at once and force all of them beneath the water.
First, doesn't seem like the author will go that route. The ability Markus had only let him eat 2 Devil Fruits, which he has. Even if he could eat a third, I have a suspicion it would be limited to a Zoan type. Second, the author's definition of 'fundamental' seems to be limited to the four fundamental forces in nature. Namely, Electromagnetism, Gravity, Strong Force, and Weak Force. I dunno if the Yami Yami no Mi falls into the remaining two categories (Strong/Weak Force) but I highly doubt it.
Pretty sure he didn't kill Kuma. When he blasted Kuma and Mingo it specifically said he 'Defeated' Kuma and 'Killed' Mingo. Going by that, Kuma should still be alive, if in need of repairs. So he should still be the one guarding the Thousand Sunny.
Would it though? In canon Blackbeard took Whitebeard's Devil Fruit in front of Sengoku, the Admirals, and a ton of Marines, yet his bounty isn't all that high. Their methods might be different but the end result is the same. Even as a Yonko, after the time ship, Blackbeard still had the lowest bounty among the Yonko.
It might be about reputation. All of the Yonko were older, more experienced, and powerful pirates who slowly built their power. Shanks is the youngest Yonko at this time and he's still almost 40. Markus is only 16, still. A lot of people would likely assume he did something to cheat his bounty up. At least, until he does more to prove himself and builds a solid reputation.
In the canon, Akainu didn't need Haki to hurt/kill Ace. It was categorically stated that the Magu Magu no Mi was ABOVE the Mera Mera no Mi in the pecking order. Akainu's Magma could 'burn' Ace's flames. It sounds like BS but that's just how it is and the author is pretty loyal to canon, so...
"ONE OF" not "THE"
The author never confirmed any members of the Strawhats actually unlocking their Haki. Only enhancing their reflexes and senses through the Observation Haki training.
I don't see any indication that Mihawk was afraid. Worried maybe. But considering what Markus did to Mingo, I think he has a right to be worried. The author even explicitly stated that Mihawk was NOT afraid of death. He just wanted to die by the sword, not by a simple bullet through his head. It seems like he treated Mihawk with a fair amount of respect to me.
