I dont really see the problem here. I mean, yes, he should respect them, but he is not obligated to feel any love towards them. he didnt grow up with them, the original body Did. If anything, i think this is the best way to go about it. and yes, he does have the memories from the other him, but like i said he didnt personally Grow a bond with them. 🤷♂️

This story reminds me if the Kdrama called habaek bride? I for got the name but it was about a man who is the the god of water and when he entered the the human realm he lost his powers and Etc. the difference is that the female lead is supposed to be the remaining divine spirit. anyways this story really reminds me of it so i really like this story.
