Primal Energy is a facilitator. It can boost my strength to great levels and help living beings maintain their bodies from withering, but it doesn't do much else on its own. I can't use it to fire an explosive bolt or whatever. It's the reason why it's been such a struggle trying to expel Primal Energy from myself.
